    DIRECTOR & PROGRAMME MANAGER

    Physiotherapist and Osteopath with over 15 years of experience using early stimulation techniques with newborns and children.

    After a family trip to Tanzania, she decides to found Agarimo for Africa to provide early stimulation treatments to disabled children in countries where there are not enough resources to support this sector of the population.

  • Elijah Garness

    INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

    Chef with a training in international trade. He is part of the founding team of Agarimo for Africa.

    In charge of establishing the international relations of the association, Elijah also makes possible the fundraising gastronomic events where he delights the attendees with his superb cooking, raising funds for the association.

  • Xoán Pérez Fernández

    ALLIANCE MANAGEMENT & FINANCE

    Graduate in International Development, BSc Engineering and MA Landscape Architecture. The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is at the top of his priorities.

    Xoán is in charge of the structure, bureaucratic issues and international relations. He brings to the association his experience working in NGDo projects in Europe and Latin America.

    AMCT, FCCA, FINANCE & TREASURY

    Expert in Treasury and Finance with over 15 years of experience in Management within the Social Housing sector in the United Kingdom.

    Maria Luz began her professional career working as a store manager for a small NGO in London. Years later she returns to this realm as a member of our Advisory Panel.

  • Bill Mendez

    ALLIANCE MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Bill has a track record within the Business Development and Strategic Alliances sector spanning 25 years.

    Following his role as Vice President of Alliance Management & Strategy for GSK, he is now the Vice President of Alliance Management & Strategy for Gilead Life Sciences, Inc. in California. Beyond his professional experience, Bill contributes with different organisations in the quest for a world aligned with the 2030 Agenda for Sutainable Development.

  • Catherine Teatum

    DESIGN, INCLUSIVITY & ZERO WASTE

    Catherine Teatum, of TeatumJones, is guided by her fascination with humans and their stories. She uses fashion as a plinth to deliver a pro-social message of inclusion and positive identity.

    She has created the 16 Days of Activism collection, a collaboration with the United Nations to support campaigns against domestic violence. Through her Human Stories collections, she supports inclusivity and diversity within and outside the fashion industry. TeatumJones are pioneers at hiring disabled models for their runway shows.

  • Dr. David Domínguez Alatorre

    SPORTS MEDICINE, PHYSIOLOGY & NUTRITION

    He currently divides his time between Sports Medicine and his work as an internist.

    After 6 years as a specialist in the medical service of F.C. Barcelona, ​​he is considered a referent at the Physiology and Nutrition department at the Sant Cugat Sports High Performance Center, Barcelona (CAR). His passion for sustainability and his interests in poverty reduction & inclusion have led him to become a member of our Advisory Panel.

  • Marta Iglesias Sánchez

    COMPLIANCE MANAGER & AUDITING

    Marta is a trailblazer in the Risk & Compliance sector. She currently works internationally for Aleatica, a leading transnational infrastructure company.

    Marta brings years of expertise in the realm of Governance Risk & Compliance to our Advisory Panel. Besides the previous, and most importantly, she brings a contagious positive outlook on life that makes her indispensable to our panel.
